We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful little house. It was homely, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The complimentary provisions were a nice touch. The location was great - just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and shops in the lovely town of Rye. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas as well.
We felt very lucky as everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble.

Garden views - Waking up to stunning garden views at this holiday home was like stepping into a picturesque painting. It was incredibly soothing and a refreshing change from the concrete jungle of city life. Truly a nature lover's paradise!
Uncomfortable mattress - The main bedroom mattress could use an upgrade as it felt like we were sleeping on a bouncy trampoline.

The location is mind-blowing for exploring the charming town and nearby attractions. The micropub is super close, and the train station is just yards away. The facilities for cooking are jaw-dropping, with a well-equipped kitchen and a welcome hamper. The travel cot was set up without asking, which was a thoughtful touch. a fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy villa in Rye. The location was perfect, being close to the center and all amenities. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, and I was really surprised to find a thoughtful welcome hamper waiting for me. The owner was also very helpful. a great experience.
The doorknobs in the main bedroom need to be replaced or properly fixed. One actually fell off , and it was a bit concerning, especially since I had a toddler with me.

We got great value for our money at 2 Regent Square Villa. The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was super comfy with soft sheets. The location was wonderful, right in the center of everything, and we loved exploring the shortcut to the sports fields for our dogs. The welcome basket of goodies was a thoughtful touch, and we enjoyed relaxing in the small garden. The house itself was well-appointed and comfortable, and we even had a Christmas tree and decorations to make our stay extra special. Parking was a huge advantage, and we appreciated the lack of traffic noise. Highly recommended!
The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have some shampoo and body wash available for those of us who are traveling light.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of town with its own parking space, making it convenient for exploring. The size of the hotel was also a plus, with a comfortable lounge and a secluded courtyard garden that was perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. The welcome pack provided was one of the best I've seen, with a variety of goodies to enjoy during my stay.
One downside of my stay was the noise from the shops located nearby. In the mornings, I could hear them opening up and unloading vans, which was a bit disruptive.

The house was clean, equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We had a blast cycling around the beautiful countryside and exploring the vibrant streets of Rye. The owner was super friendly and helpful, making our trip even better. Plus, the Waterworks pub around the corner was the perfect spot for a chilled beer after a day of adventures. Highly recommend it!
The only thing we wished for was a livelier nightlife scene for us young party-goers. It would have been epic to have some cool clubs or bars nearby to dance and have fun with friends.

Great location close to shops and attractions, perfect for exploring the area. the house was well-equipped, clean, and had a parking space. the owner was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay with our two children. the Waterworks pub nearby was fantastic for friendly drinks. We also had great day trips to Hastings and Camber Sands.
The double bed mattress could have been more comfortable. the bathroom sink was badly placed and too shallow, causing water to splash around.

We had a wonderful stay at 2 Regent Square Villa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the charming high street and there were great amenities nearby like a fantastic micropub and a convenient greengrocer. The house itself was beautifully furnished and decorated, with a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was particularly lovely. We appreciated the extra touches like the coffee machine and the thoughtful welcome pack with bacon, eggs, and bread. The instructions provided were clear and made everything easy to navigate. And an enclosed garden and a parking space were fantastic perks, especially for our dog.
Although the stay was enjoyable, there were a few minor drawbacks. The shops behind the hotel could be a bit noisy in the morning with the sound of vans unloading for opening.
